We have lived at the Row (formerly Manor Barrett) for over 2 years, being the first to occupy our current unit. Our experience with the original management and office staff was generally very positive. Since Mission Rock has taken over, most if not all office, custodial and maintenance personel have been replaced. Maintenance requests go unanswered after repeatedly leaving messages with the office and using the Livly App (which we're not sure still actually works for maintenance requests) and the young men they hired to replace the experienced and knowledgeable team we previously had have to be relatively new at the job. I'm sure they're getting paid much less, too. The landscape company that did such a nice job with Manor was let go and we've gone the entire spring and now into the summer without proper care or even trimming grass areas around the property. The irrigation system hasn't worked since last fall. The services here at Row don't match the premium you are asked to pay. Pet waste can be an issue at any apartment community, but it has been allowed to get out of control here, inside and outside the facilities. Residents receive the occassional "reminder" to pick up after their pets and that fines could be assessed, however there are no security cameras in areas that would help hold people accountable. If the office staff is not going to hold people to account, then custodial and maintenance staff need to clean up around the property more often. I completely agree with other reviewers who mentioned the floors are thin. We have tried to register complaints about our neighbor above who plays music at levels so high we can hear the lyrics and sing along (even with our TV on). This has gone on for months with no response. Footsteps, vacuums, dropping shoes, moving furniture can ALL be heard loudly through the floor. My tip to anyone considering living at the Row... ONLY live on the TOP FLOOR. The positives are good location, usually safe area and nice residents
