Happy with most things accept the upper windows being covered in green residue from the palms. There are easy ways to clean these. Also, the people that cleaned the roofs just moved all the dirt off the roofs to the stairs and handrails. I don't mind cleaning where its required, but surely this should have been thought about and cleaned too.

I lived here for years and it went downhill fast after management changed. The apartments were in bad shape damaged walls, worn flooring, and covered-up dirt but I stayed for the location, hoping management would be responsive. They weren’t. Getting lease info for renewal was a nightmare. I reached out over a dozen times and got ignored or fed vague answers. When they finally responded (a month and a half later), they refused to give my new place rental history and even sent a better price “by mistake.” Communication was a mess confusing, contradictory, and unhelpful. I made it clear I wanted to stay if we could work out a fair rate, but got nowhere. When I moved out (after giving notice they acknowledged), they still hit me with a $2,421 charge and kept my deposit, claiming “insufficient notice” caused by their own delays. Maintenance entered my unit without notice, left it unlocked, and let my dog loose then left my kitchen a mess. When I complained, staff hung up on me. No follow-up, no apology. The property is falling apart constant staff turnover, zero upkeep, weed smells, dog poop everywhere, and paper-thin walls. You're just a number here. Once you stop paying, they treat you like a problem. After being misled, ignored, and overcharged, I’d never return. Save yourself the stress look elsewhere.
