MAA Belmont

MA Belmont is in a perfect location and a beautiful property. I can only speak to my own personal experience. I think I’ve lived here three or four years and plan on staying another year the pool area is beautiful, but often filled with residence from the local neighborhood of houses when the bus lets off during the summer before schools out the teens all head to the pool and they’re pretty much there all summer. Long. People refuse to shut the gate, so no lock will work unless the gates actually locked to keep those who aren’t supposed to be here out. I know maintenance can always be a mixed bag, but so far they’ve taken care of everything we’ve ever asked him to do. I’ve been very happy with the maintenance people. It seems sometimes when new things are happening around the community of MAA Belmont execution can be a little rough because no one is really communicating much with the residence except through short little emails. If we don’t really understand all of a sudden we need a new code for this or our old code doesn’t work there or I don’t know I’m just an old person and as an old person I’ve gotta say I still love living here at the end of the day and I think the Office people are doing the very best they can. My wife and I enjoy the view of trees and a beautiful couple of palm trees and you can’t ask for much more than that. It’s a great
