Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Pet Fee (non-refundable): $300 for one pet, $500 for two pets
No weight limit. We do allow birds, no larger than a parakeet, as well as 20 gallon tanks. Exotic pets are not permitted. Pet fee and rent does not apply to service animals. Breed restriction: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Pit Bulls, Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, (Bull Terriers), American Staffordshire, Canary Dogs, Wolf Hybrids, German Shepherds, any other breed determined in our sole discretion to be an aggressive or banned breeds.
