Hampton Ridge Apartments

Going on 3 years of living here, property management has switched and documentation has been kept up with poorly. Have had issue after issue and some minor ones have been dealt with but major ones are shrugged off and/or dismissed. For example, the drain pipe back up on the a/c causing the spill tray to over flow and no restoration company was sent out after mold was an expressed concern because of the duration it went after it started and was reported. Water damage and mold in the cabinets has not been dealt with since moving in. Underlying concerns were dismissed due to "not being visible" stated by the property manager verbally. Has not been livable and are still living out boxes due to the conditions and lack of repairs. Due to flooding in one of the rooms coming through under the baseboard from outside (which has not been fixed and has been an issue for about a year), we might as well be staying in a 2bedroom not a 3 because we can't put furniture in a room that unpredictably floods. We have also had to perform our own pest control. It has been miserable dealing with everything, but the maintenance people are nice and have attempted and suggested looking into the concerns that were dismissed by Shar. Yet we have still been paying full price for our rent that has still gone up despite issues not getting addressed.
