The staff have been kind , However, since moving into this apartment, I have experienced ongoing issues with the bathtubs that have yet to be fully resolved since I moved in for 5 months now,
The master bathroom bathtub was eventually repaired, but I am now facing the same issue in the guest bathroom. The guest bathtub has been repainted twice, and most recently the paint has started peeling again. Overall, I have been dealing with this matter continuously since the beginning of my lease.
My concern is: how was the apartment placed on the market without properly addressing these maintenance issues? Should this level of corrective maintenance be occurring while a resident is already living in the unit?
Additionally, I noticed that I am being charged a monthly fee for cable TV, which I have never used. When I contacted the provider to request installation, I was informed there would be a $100 installation fee. I find this confusing — I am being charged monthly for a service I did not request or use, yet I am also expected to pay an additional fee to activate it.
These may seem like small issues individually, but addressing them proactively would significantly improve resident satisfaction and the overall rating of the community.
