The Parker Apartments

Parker Apartments receives a mix of positive and negative feedback from residents. Many reviewers praise the community for its quiet and convenient location, friendly atmosphere, and professional property manager and maintenance team, which are often highlighted for their quick and accommodating service. Several residents appreciate the community amenities, such as the community garden and proximity to Bear Creek Open Space, making it appealing for families and pet owners. Renovated homes and large floor plans have also been noted positively. However, some long-term residents report a decline in management and maintenance quality following a change in ownership. Issues such as unaddressed maintenance requests, deteriorating common areas, and lack of timely upkeep like snow removal have been noted. Despite these concerns, newer residents tend to have a more positive initial impression, highlighting the quiet environment and well-maintained units. This suggests a varied experience depending on the duration of residence and possibly unit location.
