Cedar Creek

Everything looks great except two things. 1- one person in the leasing office is not nice at all. Mesheal. 2- Why do you charge me for the valet waste and trash. I will bring my own trash and through my trash my self.

I have had a great experience living at the properties. The only complaint I have is the lack of proper grounds upkeep. There is dog poop everywhere and while I understand there are containers and bags provided...and its difficult to make sure people pick up after their dog, the grounds person could maintain the property better especially at the Cedar Creek Apartments.

This has by far been the worst move in I have ever had. I typically like to rent from greystar but this property has seriously dropped the ball. I moved in to paint can and sand paper on the floor they were still painting when I received my keys. The apartment was a mess they had to send a cleaning lady out day of move in I had to cancel my movers. Then 2 day in we have had plumbing issues my bathrooms are a complete mess.

We have lived here over 3 years and are renewing our lease for a 4th year. We love the location. The new management is professional and attentive. They have done a very nice job in updating the grounds and common areas. The manager and assistant manager are incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. The amenities are extremely well maintained. We are lucky enough to have an updated interior on our unit so it is wonderfully updated, spacious and home like which is one of the reasons we have stayed so long. The location could not be better with shopping, dining and easy access to roadways. We love it here!!! We have a few minor complaints but I think they would be consistent issues at any rental property. It would be great to see some solutions that I think would be easy to do but all-in-all they are "people and their pets" issues and not necessarily anything to do with the management company. It is definitely worth checking The Hampton's out and seeing if you'll be as happy as we have been.
