Vista

I have lived here for about 3 months and it hasn't been a great experience. Walls are paper thin I can here the person in the unit next to me pretty easily and recently the fourth person in my suite just moved into the room next to me and I can hear all of his phone conversations clearly through the vents and when he showers its as if he is showering in my room. I can here every time the fridge opens or the microwave is being used (i am the furtherst room from the kitchen in the furthest corner with my door closed). The kitchen is too small barley any counter space, a tiny sink, and no where near enough storage for 4 people. I have had packages stolen cause they cant seem to staff anyone at the front desk and anyone can walk in and just grab yours stuff. Maitenece requests claim to be fixed but nothing changes. Laundry machine has been broken on my floor for over 6 months and the dryers frequnelty wont dry clothes and it gets expensive having to pay again and again to dry them(also the app doesnt work). I've gone to staff with issues and they do nothing but just be like "it is what it is". However, the new mangement company has been better by locking doors 24/7 now and somewhat cleaning the elevators but there is nothing they can do to convince me to renew here.
