Monaco Lakes Apt

Although the premises and amenities are somewhat nice, they could do a better job of keeping everything running smoothly. There are constant issues with water in the buildings, and there is a constant water leak/pipe burst that they have been trying to address for over a year at the entrance by the basquetball court. Every morning you can see the puddle of water and the overflow over the sidewalk heading to the court. The neighbors in the last 2 years have become noisy and ratchet. Every so often I am woken up by neighbors at night because of an argument, loud music or something else. They are not mindful at all, and you have kids riding lime scooters full speed inside of the apartment complex often. It is not nice, they take over the apartment complex road passes and then if you have a dog, there are so many other neighbors with untrained dogs that it becomes a pain in the butt to take them on a walk for some reason or another. It is not what it was years ago. Do not be fooled by the nice fake lakes and gardening, living here is a struggle. You might find neighbors arguing or physically fighting every once in a while. If you want to feel like you are in the hood you are welcome to move in. I'm glad I'm moving out.
