This is my 2nd year at LaRoma and 7th with cornerstone. I love the leasing staff - Justin is THE best. And it's been so easy moving between buildings over the years.
Prices are great and the move in process has been easy with each of my units.
My only complaint is maintenance and the lack of communication with service being done. I have the Penthouse Unit in my building, and subsequently, the rooftop patio is private to my unit alone. And yet on multiple occasions I've come onto my patio to have workers or leasing agents doing a showing, when I never put in a work order nor should the patio be part of a viewing tour as it isn't a public space for this building. Additionally maintenance requests take forever to process and in the past it has been days before anyone came to do repairs or fulfill a work order I placed. I understand the sheer volume of properties under cornerstones management, and I know that plays into the delay in service.
However last year we had water leaking all over the floor from the roof, and it wasn't until 3 days after putting in the request that someone came.
Again, I love this company and plan to only lease with you all while I live here in Denver. And I always recommend cornerstone to any friends looking for a new place. But maintenance work definitely needs to be more clearly communicated to us when it is going to be done, and a more expedited time frame would be great too.
To anyone new to Denver, or any current resident looking to move to a new building - I highly recommend Cornerstone for your apartment search. They are awesome, and leasing gets back to you super quickly. It, again, as I said solely comes down to maintenance as my only point of critique
