Location is great, love that it's a smaller apartment complex! Cornerstone overall has not been great to work with. I will say that they are great at responding to any sort of maintenance requests and whenever I've interacted with the maintenance guys in the building they're nice. However that's about the nicest thing I can say. The property managers seem power hungry and clearly Cornerstone only cares about making money. They've been minimally understanding during COVID (waiving credit card fees, allowing installment payments if approved, etc) yet they still continuously try to raise rent even though rent prices are dropping throughout Denver and there are no amenities in this building (coin op laundry in basement only). Basically, as long as you shut up and pay them monthly you're fine but don't expect to be treated like a human being.
The building is older and out of date. It's a cheap construct so you can easily hear your neighbors (not cornerstone's fault) and the apartments themselves have not been updated in quite some time. I wouldn't say they're bad but they're definitely not great. There's coin op laundry in the basement but 0 other amenities. there's limited parking out back but on street parking is readily available. The location is conveniently located near City Park, Colfax, and bars/restaurants on 17th which has been great!
