Cook Street is a great place to live if you want to access nearby attractions such as, Cheeseman Park, Dever Aquarium, Denver Botanical Gardens, Denver Zoo etc While it is quite expensive to live here, the options to pay later than usual and tenant protections make it acceptable The amenities are another major reason why we chose this apartment, it allows us to live comfortably as well as when we need repairs done - it is completed in a relatively quick manner If you have to look for an apartment, first look through cornerstone - you results might surprise you

I've lived off of Cook Street since August of 2023, every problem has been fixed but originally without expediency - having a more responsive staff would be immensely helpful - The biggest con to living here is how expensive it is for our small apartment, we can only hope that our rent does not get raised because we do value living here with all the amenities and accessibility to our location In any case the team at Cornerstone is respectful and nice when talked to - though sometimes I wish I didn't have to cal only one person for our unit in regards to basic questions involving the lease for example
