Maintenance is a problem. I have waited months for repairs. One I have been waiting for 11 months. When I talk to staff they are not responsive.

We love furry (and scaled, and feathered) friends! A friend, of course, who doesn't annoy their neighbors or leave waste around. We do have some requirements (our refundable pet deposit is $300 for your dogs and cats, less for your smaller animals) and the City of Aurora has some requirements we have to abide by, as well.  Please vaccinate and spay/neuter your animals!  Pet rent is $35 a month. Please call or email if you have specific questions! We have a commitment to Fair Housing and we are aware that service and support animals are not pets. If you require accommodations, please contact us.
