Super convenient and accessible place. The apartments are cozy and the amenities are amazing. There are some neighbors who are noisy but it's nothing crazy.

So far it's been a good experience living here! It's been a few months so I feel I can provide a more accurate review with pros and cons:
Pros:
- Good amenities, I haven't used them all yet but everything so far has been well kept and there's a wide variety depending on what you enjoy
- Parking & guest parking are also really good, registering guests is extremely easy. I've never had a guest towed, I think I saw some people say they have but if you register them properly and they park on the 5th floor in an area with the orange guest sign you're good! Specifically to this, courtesy patrol manage the area at night to check people coming in and out.
- Location is close to the freeway, mall, shops, etc., but not to the point where it's super loud
- The office staff are extremely amazing, they're very helpful and knowledgeable. Regular email updates come from them too.
- Noise isn't that bad at all, I live on a street facing unit so yes, if my windows are open I'll get some noise but when they're all closed it's pretty much silent.
- Fire alarms don't go off as much as people have said and when they do, there's a follow up email explaining what happened - note, this is a smoke free building in every way possible.
Cons:
- When we arrived, our apartment appeared clean but there were some things I noticed that got me a bit; dish and laundry washer soap dispensers weren't properly cleaned, found hair/fur in some corners of the unit when I started cleaning, calcium build up on faucets and shower heads. Some paint on doors and walls weren't done well so are peeling.
- Cabinet manufacturing for the holes to adjust height isn't very good, I tried to move them around a bit and they wouldn't sit level no matter what I did.
I think there may have been more to say but so far things have been good here and I look forward to seeing how everything goes!
