I have been living here for many years , great managers over years and Mary continues that tradiition, she is so responsive and so friendly and kind.??Great Amenities , clean building and great neighbors . I also want to recognize Maggie , who comes 3 days a week and cleans our building , she works so hard and is so friendly . When i see her i always give her a cold bottle of water and candy & cookies. Antonio is us our maintenance person and he is fantastic and friendly.

10+ years People get carpet replaced without having to move out of their homes all time. A renter should be able to as well, especially anyone over 10 years, when the carpet is rippled to the point one trips over it, and nails are showing. If the City came out they would require it fixed. I estimate that with all of the neighbors that have come and gone over the years, and the cost to refurbish a unit, especially with new paint, carpet, countertops, and resurface of cabinets, and possibly appliances, that is a minimum of $2500-$8k to do. There have been at least 7 tenants that have moved near me. That equates to $17,500 on the low end to $60k on the high end. I have paid my fair share to have this approved. One should not have to fight for this and be told you have to move out of the unit, move into another, and pay $400 transfer fee. All while having a big poster claiming how great it is here and looking for someone new to move in. The call box does not work and hasn't since it has been replaced. Why is that considered ok if it works for everyone else? That is not acceptable. I have requested the company that it belongs to uses me and my phone when they come out to "look" at it. Otherwise, it is pointless.
