Vive on The Park

For the value of rent and whats being paid, the lack of visitor parking, and poor amenities maintenance in the gym/hot tub/wifi is not worth it. -building wifi should be stronger -gym equipment should be working and updated -1/2 of hottubs should be working more often -visitor parking should not be so limited and costly

I love living here but as with most apartment homes, the office and maintenance staff need overall improvement in regards to attitude and commitment to the property and its residents. They need to at least act like they care about the property and tenants. I always feel anytime I walk into the office to speak to someone, I am always rushed and they are not really listening. It is definitely more the office staff than maintenance crew that has issues. One great example of issues was after 2 planned water shut downs, it took 3-4 days to restore hot water and pressure in the buildings. They went out of their way to communicate that this was going to happen and posted certain hours of inconvenience. However, the times and days went way past what was expected. In my opinion, the office spent no time or effort to fix in a timely matter. All residents were affected by these issues. I had to walk down and raise awareness we still had no hot water or pressure for days. Apparently half of the building was fine. They also made no effort with zero communication that our common hallways were going to be completely stripped and painted. Otherwise, the amenities and location, in my opinion, are some of the best in San Diego County. For the amount of money we pay for rent, I expect much better from the office and maintenance staff.
