Ariva

I was able to view a model of my home, got a place that looked just like the model. The family loves the community and the amenities that comes included. We are very proud of our decision in choosing Ariva Apartments.

So far the unit is nice and it's great to have parking, but not loving the lack of responsibility for tech issues that cause late fees on rent when residents aren't aware of future issues in time to send a check from out of town, for example. I think they could do a better job of being understanding that residents can't sit by their laptops waiting for a website to come back online, and that there was no followup to alert us it was OK to proceed. I hope to get my fee back, since I did write about this as soon as I returned and the office was closed. Thank you.

Basically I am satisfied with the apartment. If I would request the apartment to improve, there are below comments. - Elevator is a bit slow - Sound of steps of neighbors overhead is too noisy - Water flow of tap water at water stand in bathroom is too weak - Sometimes there is dog poop in hallway Other comments Maintenance person's response and skill is very good. When I asked him to fix somethings in my room, such as drainage clogging, refrigerator door etc., he fixed everything very quickly.
