Westgate Wonder by Wiseman

The community receives praise for its desirable location, close to major roads such as the 405, and the nearby amenities, making it convenient for both commuting and leisure activities. Many residents appreciate the spacious units, large balconies, and the clean, functional living spaces. Positive feedback also highlights the quick response of maintenance handling repairs effectively. Some renters appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the presence of in-unit laundry facilities as a significant advantage. However, there are consistent reports of issues with the gym equipment and the lack of guest parking, as well as reports of noise disturbances, particularly on weekends. Concerns are raised about the timeliness of maintenance responses and the staff's lack of responsiveness. The building's age shows in its outdated gym facilities and thin walls, which allow noise to travel easily between units. Despite these issues, the property remains attractive to those who prioritize location and spacious living areas.
