While money has been put into the property since Greystar bought the LC at 710 N El Centro, resident experience has diminished.

I've lived here now for 6 months. I love the location, abundance of natural light, and rooftop with a view of the Hollywood Sign and Jacuzzi. They also have a grill, and fireplace, and throw rooftop parties from time to time.
The cleaning staff is friendly, but the ones in management tend to be very unresponsive. They have also made many mistakes regarding our payments. Overall, it's a great building, just noisy sometimes because my unit faces Larchmont and Melrose. The maintenance guy is always on time and good, but again, the staff shows their incompetence.
The LC is approximately 18 minutes away by car from the city center.
