I have lived here with my Fiancee for a few months and it's clear and obvious that there are corners that are cut in order to either save money, time or both. When we first moved in, we smelled gas coming from our bathroom. Scared and confused, we were prompted to call SoCal Gas by management. When SoCal Gas came out, they mentioned that the putty used to seal the gas to the dryer was not even applied and that usually, when management hires inexperienced contractors or maintenance this happens. This, along with the fact that there is work in the courtyard that seems half done, causes reasons for concern. Martin says he will come back and finalize fixing some items for our apartment (our screen door is broken + our cabinet won't close fully still) but we haven't seen him in months. It's very disappointing living here if I'm being honest, not the well maintained apartment complex we thought we were getting and for that reason, we will likely not look to renew our lease here.

Cute neighborhood and the apartment looks nice inside. However, it gets unbearably hot inside. They list an “air conditioner” but it’s a wall unit that works horribly and only cools you down if you’re standing right next to it. It stays the temperature in the apartment as it does outside, which is not fun on a 90 degree day. Also, our apartment manager is very unresponsive.

From the moment of move in, all of the "new" appliance have been broken or non functional. Despite having a very competent maintenance worker, the management company itself has done nothing to showcase any care for any of the residents. At the price point, these units leave a lot to be desired. Currently, all the residents have joined together to try and get management to actually provide what we are all paying for.
