The jacuzzi has been broken for almost 2 years and nothing has been done to fix it.
The BBQ was broken for quite some time.
The laundry also breaks down frequently.

Staff are friendly, property manager is really friendly. Thr sampace is nice. Parking is a plus but cramped but what LA parking isnt cramped. Mainetance does orders very quickly. Overall great place to live if within budget.

Chanel is amazing. She has been warm and helpful since the first day I contacted her. She's very responsive and offers much help to us. She is definitely the best leasing manager we've ever met.
