Lido Apartments - 9915 National Blvd

Great Location, has gated parking leading straight to your apartment which makes me feel safe walking in late as a young female. It's half a mile from downtown Culver City that has great bars and restaurants. It's conveniently placed across a Vons and Gas station which is great! I walk to grocery shop and pick up coffee at the starbucks across the street. Our room are spacious and has great storage as well as a large living area.

I moved in late 2021 (September 2021), and I submitted an official move-in report listing all issues that needed to be addressed within my first 30 days. To this day, the cameras in the parking garage, specifically the camera facing my car/parking spot, has NOT been replaced. This is extremely disappointing and I have followed up multiple times with absolutely no update from the leasing office. Additionally, the maintenance in our building is extremely lackluster. Our halls are filled with huge white fur balls from the new dog in APT 101 that are not tended to trail from the apartment, through the front carpeted halls, through the main lobby where packages are dropped carelessly. Also, the outside front steps are filled with trash, broken bottles, and empty food cartridges from the homeless that remain outside for weeks without being cleaned. Finally, our washer and dryer units are not reliable. Washer #2 does not ring the clothes completely dry and Dryer #1 has to be restarted at least 3 times in order for your load to be considered dry. I pay for this amenity and convenience in my rent, and instead have to go to a local laundry mat weekly to clean my clothes. I would really like these issues to be addressed in 2022.
