500 S Hobart Blvd, Unit 115

Been here for bit of a year. Property manager wouldn't let me move in my scheduled day because electricity was down for the building and yet he had the keys to open the front door. He wouldn't let me take pre-inspection photos and implied I stop as he said "ah no. I take care of it." He would get mad and say rude things about using money orders. He would not put 24 hour notices for repairs and told you to just wait all day. He does not text you, refuses to text back, and tries to call you when you are at work or school. He would "fix" things that would need to be fixed again in 6 months because of how bad of a job he did. He barely speaks and writes fluently and so he is hostile as he doesn't understand you. Everyone keeps stealing packages, especially I as write this around Christmas, as this is now the 7th time this has happened. No camera in lobby and they do not care someone stole it. I honestly don't mind the building but the property manager and thieving tenants ruining this all for everyone. Parking isn't as bad as other blocks but still hard sometimes. Laundry room looks like a saw trap and it will steal your money and not wash clothes right. Again I didn't mind my unit but this property manager is incompetent and made me so uncomfortable.
