The property manager is great! Always available for requests and making sure the property is maintained well. Some things that could use improvement: Laundry Room, numbered parking spaces, seems tenants park wherever they please, notifications when there will be maintenance or construction. I work from home and there was construction for MONTHS and I had to move my apartment around so I could take Zoom calls without noise. Additionally, the pipes are always VERY loud when the neighbors are taking showers. I really hope that something can be done about this because it wakes me up at night, and its embarrassing when I have guests. Furthermore, the doors leading from the stairwell to the outside are always being slammed shut because they don't have door hinges that slowly close the door. Making this improvement would make the building much more desirable.

I have lived here for two months I like the apartment that I live in, its recently re-done. Appliances could be better. There is a lackadaisical vibe from property management, I still have not received all the keys for the entrances. Minimal information to pay the rent was provided to me, everything seems very loosey-goosey. I constantly have to text the property manager to follow up The neighbors walk heavy and I can hear their dog run around the apartment for hours. Walls and ceiling are also thin. Overall I do like the neighborhood. It’s convenient and the inside of my apartment is homey.
