The Springs 176, Ltd.

I previously lived in a townhouse in a gated community. When I first got there in 2009 I loved it. Two story with the washer and dryer hook up and a private garage. After sometime the complex started to be taken over by the tenants. There were amentities that were listed as available but never accessable. The gym nor the pool was ever open to the residents and it was a bit frustrating. I would always see The Springs Luxuary Apartments in travel and admired how clean and will kept it looked. When it was time for me to move I was determine to make this place my home. I was not only overjoyed when my application was approved bur relieved. The first apartment I placed my depost with was #182, which was a downstairs apartment inside the complex, but was told they couldn't hold it because of my move in date, then I was told someone else would be gettng the apartment because they would be moving in sooner. Long story short, no one moved in the apartment. I had to move in an upstairs apartment on the outside of the complex. I was a little upset but I'm happy for the apartment I live in because I love my neighbors across from me. The maintenance guy Jack was the first person that introduced himself to me and was always friendly and very helpful(Big lose to the company). The office staff was kind of standofish but it didn't bother me much. All in all...if you can ignore the sirens and traffic (close to the hospital) then this is the place to reside.
