Nonacceptable canine breeds are Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Chow, and Bull Mastiff unless proper documentation has been requested. Two pets max per apartment home. A pet agreement is required and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet per month will be charged.

I love living here. My townhouse is wonderful. It's well kept up. The neighbors are great especially the children. The staff is willing to help you all the time and they keep you informed about the maintenance of the property.

Harass the tenants

The manager likes to harass the tenants and search the homes take picture without consent and refuse to fix anything.
