Parc Pointe Apartments

The maintenance staff is friendly and the location is great, which are the main positives. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that outweigh those benefits. The building itself is old and outdated, and management seems to rely on low-quality materials that require constant repairs. As a result, there is frequent construction happening throughout the property. For example, I have lived here for a couple of years, and my balcony closet door has already been replaced three times because the cheap wood warps whenever it rains. Another major concern is how often staff enter units. They come in every couple of months, whether you are home or not, which feels excessive and intrusive. I do not know anyone else in a large building who deals with this level of disruption. The balcony situation is also frustrating. Many balconies are covered with unattractive plastic because the floors were deteriorating and needed to be changed, the plastic blocks your outside view entirely. Mine has been inaccessible for over four months, and maintenance has entered my unit six times to work on it with no resolution. Additionally, amenities are not being maintained as advertised. The sauna has been broken for over six months. The building has noticeably declined. Many units are now vacant, and several of my neighbors have moved out in recent months. Overall, this property feels like it is on a downward trend and has a lot of wasted potential.

Our entire apartment complex currently has only two working washers, which is unacceptable considering the amount of rent we pay. I was informed by Yesenia back in December that new washers would be installed, yet six months later there has been no update and no resolution. Residents should not have to compete for access to basic laundry facilities due to ongoing equipment issues and delays. We are paying for a community with functional amenities, and this situation has gone on far too long. I would appreciate an update on when the promised washers will be installed and what steps management is taking to address this issue in the meantime. This matter requires immediate attention. Six months is more than enough time to address a basic maintenance and amenity issue that affects the entire community.
