Parking is insufficent specially when yiu rent out to six adults in one apartment they dont leave parking for others.

Having more than one vehicle it isn't easy to find parking after 4:00 PM. The carports are tight and a little difficult to squeeze in and out of at first. The walls are thin and you can hear the next-door neighbors. Thankfully it is a very respectable community and have not heard any loud noise past 9:00 PM.
