Sage Apartments

I’ve lived in 9 or 10 a different apartment complexes over the last 20 years and this is by far the worst one!!! The walls are paper thin I can sit in my living room and tell you what show my upstairs neighbors are watching on TV, and I don’t think they have the volume turned up very loud, let alone anytime they take a step in that building it rattles my entire apartment. The stairs for the buildings are bolted into the walls of the apartments instead of having their own support so every time someone takes a step up those stairs it shakes my bedframe. My upstairs neighbor leaves every single day with an automatic rifle that he carries out in the open. My downstairs neighbor keeps his motorcycle inside his apartment, like a Kawasaki street bike in his kitchen, I can’t imagine having engine exhaust inside an apartment is good for people’s breathing when we all share the same air-conditioning ducts. A woman in my building smoke cigarettes every single night outside even though this is a no smoking complex. There have been half a dozen emails sent out over the almost year I’ve lived here that are just empty threats. General emails sent to everyone in the complex instead of identifying the one or two individuals violating their lease agreement and fine them or address them like an adult. But it seems the office is far too scared of confrontation to ever do something like that. When I toured the complex almost a year ago, I was shown the solarium and told that it should be open upon my move-in, here we are 11 1/2 months later it opened for four days and then closed for maintenance. I thought I was moving into a gated community. When I moved in the gate was broken, I was told it would be fixed very shortly, it was six months before it was operational and it breaks on a week to week basis. I can’t wait to move out of this complex and continue to share with every single person I know how poorly this place is run.
