Mozaic at Steele Park

Looking at this place everything seems good &’ it’s in a good location. However we’ve lived her for a little over a year and have had tons of issues. The garage gate is broken every few weeks. The gate from the sidewalk to our apartment building has had the metal mesh sticking out all year and has injured myself and others. The initial inspection on my unit-done by their maintenance team - said all looked good however day 1 when we moved in, there was active leaking, water damage, bad patching, and our dishwasher didn’t dry. I noted all of this and no one ever followed up. We later had our washing machine knob break and instead of fixing it or replacing it they put a panel on the washer that didn’t belong. This caused us not to know what settings we’re using. We then had the knobs break again and were down a washer for a week with no response from maintenance or the office when we emailed. I also had a work order for possible mold after we noted water damage and the service from the office was terrible. We were told they would give us a response via email by end of day and after following up 4 times and being reassured each time - they still did not email us with an update. We now have active leaking and can barely get a clear response from the office. There are so many more details, including the fact that maintenance “fixed” our door &’ now it randomly opens if not locked bc it doesn’t close correctly. This whole place is a sham. Don’t live here.
