La Buena Vida

La Buena Vida is a great place to live if you're looking for somewhere affordable. Prices do go up every time you sign a new contract which is the only downside. There is nothing in place for long standing residents, but staff are friendly and try their best to make a good living area.

I've been here since February 2021 i like my neighbors and the area is quiet, but my place specifically has its issues and still pending repair its nice when everything works so overall it's a home, I couldn't be more grateful to say I still have it. Manager of property does work with you if needed and she is nice.

I moved here in February I enjoyed at first then was told different things after lease was signed also told for maintenance to go to website put in request it is now 6 months later still no response on maintenance help I’m paying money out of pocket to maintenance my own apartment yet for maintenance it’s the complex job to help tenets so I’m paying full price knowing nothing is getting done except by me and out of pocket. let’s also not forget to mention my stove is a fire hazard and still have no one to come replace it I refuse to use it cause I have kids. I am on the second story and have 2 different sets of outside chairs to sit and smoke neither qualify to be left outside yet we need full patio chairs to block a little pathway on the 2nd story. I like the that it’s quite over all no one bother anyone price would be acceptable if I got my maintenance needs attended to and area is nice until u get closer to the light on 23rd.
