Greenspoint at Paradise Valley

I’ve lived at Greenspoint at PV for over 14 years. While it changed management groups a few times in the first few years, but the same group has owned it for the last decade. The office staff is responsive to your requests and is very efficient. Maintenance is great as the respond promptly to issues and most often solve them the first time. The location is great because you’re close to the new PV mall area and plenty of dining, big box shopping and professional services. Unless your apartment faces Cactus Road, it’s very quiet and the residents are not noisy or raucous. The amenities are pretty good. The pool is usually perfectly clean and the health room has good new equipment and never really gets crowded. The landscaping is well kept so it always looks nice. Parking is pretty good if you follow the rules. As for value, like most Phoenix apartment complexes it is pricey. However, the good management and maintenance does make for a satisfying living experience.
