The value is great, and maintenance is awesome. Homeless activities in the alley behind my apartment are so-so. Only a few pull everything out of the dumpsters and don't put it back in after they get what they want. I am in the perfect place for cameras in my windows to watch my vehicle and see the other side down by the bar and bank. Only caught one guy on a bike trying my doors and I yelled out my window and told him to move along and he did. Just make sure your vehicle doors are locked. Most aren't looking to make things difficult, just want an easy grab and go. My neighbors are quiet and cordial when I see them. Upstairs is the best. Complex is very small and looks like a big house from the outside. The courtyard is cool and has a community BBQ and some chairs. Apartments are one-bedroom, perfect size for a single person or a couple. No washer and dryer but there are laundromats close by. I have not used the one at the complex. Office folks are a little hard to get responses from but eventually respond. Just make sure when you email and ask questions, you send one email per question, so they all get answered. Overall, I am very happy here. Solid 7 out of 10.

Moved-in despite the poor reviews of Cam Properties. Had low expectations and they definitely have not been exceeded. Our laundry room is always a mess and the machines cannot all be used at once without creating a power shortage. It’s been reported multiple times by various tenants. We have a problem with a homeless man near one of our back entrances and it always smells horribly of urine. Our back gate also always locks us out (no one has a key for it). They do a good job of manicuring the lawn though and if there’s an issue inside the apartment , they’re responsive. Our bath tub was painted before we moved in and has been slowly chipping off in the bath water. That’s really bothersome with a baby. We have kind neighbors, so that definitely helps balance the negatives of this place.
