Avenue 25

We have had a very poor experience with Avenue 25’s mandatory valet trash service. Residents are charged monthly for this service, but our trash was not picked up for a week despite multiple calls to Valet Living and communication with management. This led to an accumulation of trash that blocked our front door and created a safety hazard. Valet Living’s Area Leader confirmed in writing that our trash was properly prepared and there was no valid reason for the missed pickups. Despite this, Anna told us it was our responsibility to haul the trash to the dumpster ourselves. Brandi later claimed the trash wasn't picked up because it was outside the container. Brandi later stated that our trash was not picked up because it was outside our container. But it was only outside the container because the previous days' bags were ignored. At Avenue 25, you are forced to pay for a service that is not reliably provided. When it fails, management offers excuses and pamphlets rather than solutions or credits. Very disappointing.
