My A/C took four days to get repaired while it was 85 degrees in my unit, after calling and emailing numerous times. I submitted a service request for my toilet to be fixed and its taken 3 months just to hear anything back about it. To this day it still has not been fixed and my niece fell in the toilet because of the issue. The office phones are always going straight to voicemail or are never being answered. The email response is ridiculous, if you don't call and let them know you emailed them they will never get back to you. The parking situation is a mess, sometimes you have to walk all the way across property just to get home. The lease states only two cars are allowed per unit, however, the manager stated to me that some units have 3 or 4 cars per unit. Spend your money somewhere else!

parking is very limited, amenities are nice, maintenance could use a bit more organization given the fact that you are letting a stranger into your home to fix stuff and residents should at least be given a window of when maintenance will be coming. Staff is mostly nice with the exception of a few people. I think its a good value overall, location is not great, and my neighbors are pretty decent on the noise levels.

When I moved into these apartments I was told that the apartment was rent ready. The walls were filthy, holes were in the walls and the front door looks as though it was busted into. My motorcycle was stolen from my parking space while I was at work and I was told that I had to give them a 20 min window to look at the video to see if they had gone out the gate with it even if I was to look at it myself. The staff said they were sorry for the loss but couldn't do anything about it. There is no camera looking at the back gate and there is no plan to install one there. Good luck trying to find a parking spot here as they get filled up extremely quickly. When I have friends who want to come over if they don't get here before 530-6 pm they will have to park across the street and cross McDowell Rd. On almost a nightly basis you will hear gun shoots from outside your apartment as well as people racing down McDowell especially if you live close to the road. I am a couple of buildings in and can still hear them. On the bright side the maintenance will take care of things. My washer was barely turning and they replaced the whole unit in a fairly timely manner and I believe they have been doing a decent job handling the covid-19 pandemic. The one problem I do have however is when the stimulus checks came out for only half of America they had a rent discount for only those who could pay then. I was one that didn't receive their check yet and had to pay the full amount. A lot of people are struggling and I feel as though they could extend this window longer to include everyone and not just the lucky few. All in all there are better places out there.
