Overall, I have lived in this apartment complex for 17 years, we have went through 4 different owner/management. Each of them had different rules and stipulations that they didn't really uphold, especially where parking is concerned. Assigned parking seriously needs to be changed or thrown out as a whole. We need more handicap parking spots and I have also recommended numerous times that the apartment number should be put on the carport or even on the street, I am 69 years old I live in building 6, with the current assigned parking situation my assigned parking spot is under the carport a crossed the street where the town houses start I shouldn't have to park way over there if my apartment is in another location. Also noise has gotten out of hand especially when people are stomping up and down the steps all hours of the day and night leaving trash everywhere. This apartment complex has a lot of potential but it needs a serious makeover.

Hello, I've live in this apartment since it's been built and it's had it's ups and downs, but it has its perks. A few being location, everything is in the area. You don't have to travel far to go to the store, everything is pretty much 5 mins away. A few things that can be changed, one being is parking. You all should really get rid of assigned parking especially under the carport. Mostly because people from two buildings away can park on the side where you live and it just never made any sense at all. Then you have to park under the carport across the street. Lastly, its the kids mostly the the teenagers they run up and down the stairs all hours of the night and have no respect for the people that live around them. If these little things change the apartments will be back on track.
