Third year review

I've lived in the community starting on 3 years. The staff has always been pretty good, even the new comers in the office. I enjoy the gym, trail walks, and how quite the neighbors are including their pets. However, there are some improvements that could be made, such as pressure washing the stairwells and walls more often, consistent valet trash pick up, and communicating sensitive information only via email (not blue letters on our doors). The blue letters are embarrassing, they insinuates that the tenant(s) has violated their lease agreement, and its reflecting behaviors of a low income community. The drug free policy needs to be enforced. There are tenants that enjoy sitting on their balconies smoking cannabis and its not the most pleasant smell. With a few adjustments I believe the community can thieve but its going to take a little bit of commitment and effort from both the staff and residence.
