Hampstead Flats

I love living at Hampstead! The flat we live in is clean, new, and beautiful! The area feels safe, clean, and is perfect for taking a walk. One frustrating thing that I was not made aware of before signing our lease is that since we are not “homeowners” we don’t have access to the bigger nicer pools. It is nice having restaurants close by we can walk to and a dog park with easy access. The one negative having restaurants at the entrance is that it creates a very tight road when people park on both sides of the road - I think those spots should be gotten rid of at least on one side. I don’t know how there haven’t been more wrecks. There’s a great parking lot behind those businesses that is not utilized. Overall great living experience!

Fantastic Location

We have lived here for 1 year and it has been a hidden gym in Montgomery. Our dogs love the walkable neighborhood, there are tons of activities and the neighbors are super friendly!
