Maintanance keeps every this in great working if you need to cll them regardless of the time

gone downhill while I've been here

1. When I moved here 3 years ago, someone came every morning and collected the sticks and branches that had fallen from the many oak trees overnight. Now they liter the sidewalk for - literally - weeks. I have to move them off the sidewalk myself just to walk my dog. 2,. The zoysia grass, that was lush when I got here, was cut too short by a new lawn care team in 2023 - and it all died. Now the lawn is filled with brown patches and weeds. 3. The fire ants are taking over, and the apartment says it is the responsibility of tenants to take care of the problem. Unless EVERY tenant does this, that is futile and they just move back in from the neighbors. Plus, they are rampant by the railroad tracks, and no tenant should have to treat that area.

Office staff friendly, maintenance is prompt. Area is clean, safe, and quiet.
