Enjoyable Place to Live

This has been a great place to live for the past 3 years and have signed another lease. Maintenance has always been responsive and quick to get the job done. Overall 5 stars experience. My only complaint is that the grills tend to not work.

I like living here because it is a very quiet place.

No concerns

My wife and I have been living here for almost 3yrs now and we have enjoyed every aspect of living here. I would have to say my favorite part is tied between the community events and no concern of safety. This has eased the transition of being new parents of our 2yr old son. Thank you Ascent for giving us exactly what we’ve needed in this chapter of our lives.
