Ottawa is the capital city of Canada and it is located in the province of Ontario. The city is located along the border of the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, giving easy access to the neighbouring city of Gatineau. The Canadian Federal Government is also located in the city.
Real Estate Market Overview
The real estate market in the city of Ottawa is generally steady. Sales have been surpassing what they were previously, and the majority of these sales were on residential properties.
