Due to very high demand and very low supply of housing, homeprices in Mississauga are high. This has led tofewersales in the city. Recognizing that very high home prices are a hot issue, the City of Mississauga has been developing the Affordable Housing Program, designed to help anyone looking to buy and rent in the city. They have a few strategies that they have been putting in place to eliminate the problem of extremely high prices in the area.
