I love this apartment but have been forced to sign three leases, increasing my 22% ten month in, then another $23 next year, making the rent 52% higher now subject to no rent control (like there was before, RTB has been bought), so you cannot even count on a single year of fair rent. Thorwin has blanket approval from Norma at the RTB to do as they like. Norma is likely in the Bahamas.

I really love my new space on Wolseley and appreciate the staff shovelling. Inside we could use a bit more vaccuming due to the sand everywhere. Otherwise, space is great, tenants are nice.

Please stop reno-victing us... seriously... you have raised our rent by more then 50% over the past 3-years, and made no actual improvements to our individual suite. We are only still here because of a temporary rent discount. You are really pushing us out of our home.
