I been in this property since 2017. The area was nice and it was affordable before and the increase every year is reasonable when it was owned by Krystal Property. When new management came. First increase was shocking which is hits every tenant considering the property is old. They are doing renovation, however there was a mold the wasn't treated. Parking is expensive from free to $75 dollars but there were no major changes. Stalls are tight cars are bumping side to side and yet we are paying $75 which is not reasonable for the tenant.
I do understand the inflation however the property wants to get back the investment right away by increasing the rental up high than the tenancy percentage was.
I do understand the business going on however i would like to share some insight that you would consider.

One of the reasons we chose to live here is the accessibility and convenience this unit provides. We are very thankful because the apartment is really nice, especially the amenities, the neighbors, and the staff — they’re all very helpful and friendly for sure. The only problem is the parking spot that was assigned to me, which is far from my unit. Everything is really great except for the parking. I hope it can be improved.
