When i first went for my viewing i met Abby she was very nice and showed care and andwered every question i had. She took me through proccess and was there if i had any questions. Application process was easy and everyone was involved in making sure i was comfortable. The suites are big and pretty. Very clean as well. I only wish they have more parking soace especially for visitors but im sure I probably didnt see it that is if they have it and also a gym but the rooftop makes up for it. I will definitely recommended this space especially for first time home seekers.

I suggest changing the rag in both elevators since they have been peed on several times, and only perfumes will not mask the odor. Changing them is the best and right solution.
The auto door doesn't function well at the parking level. Once you press the button, the door will not open, it gets stuck. Please fix.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean, and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests. However, for the price, the lack of amenities is disappointing—there’s no activity room, gym, or swimming pool. The biggest advantage is the location, but there’s no real sense of community here. It feels more like staying in a hotel than living in a home.

Like the apartment overall. Elevators usually smell like urine due to neglectful tenants pet control caretaker tries hard to deal with this issue.
30 UC is approximately 9 minutes away by car from the city centre.
