One amenity that needs more work is the fitness centre. During the summer, it is kept WAY too warm and its hard not to feel like youre about to pass out while working out. Usually is about 80 degrees fahrenheit, which is almost 27 degrees celcius. You guys say right on our move in package that our suites should be kept at around 18-21 celcius, so why is the gym different? Thats where people are moving around and sweating. When i brought this up to athena, i was told that it makes her office too cold so theres no changing it. Seems to be that the comfort of the staff is more important than the tenants and our amenities. I also find that the gym is never cleaned. There has been droplings from a smoothie on the floor for the last few months, which proves no one is mopping or taking care of it. Again, this is an area where people are sweating and bodily fluids are going places and to know that no one is cleaning in there is really gross. Its time to take better care of the fitness centre and the comfort of the people who live here.

Very quiet ( concrete building). Exceptionaably clean modern staff was very helpful in my decision to make this apartment complex my New Home. Im excited to start my new adventure & im sure that i made a good choice.
