Been waiting years for maintenance to be done on a variety of issues , Never get a straight answer or if I get a date for it to happen no one shows up

Bad Customer Service in the Admin Office

The admin lady during Oct 31st, 2023 didn't give value to her tenant's maintenance request. I called over already a month ago regarding the complaint and she mentioned that I didn't call. She kept making alibis when I called. As soon as I stepped onto the admin office, she was just sitting there letting the phone ring multiple times. She has no concern regarding the tenant's issue regarding a washroom problem. She acted arrogant and accused me of raising my voice instead of calming me down to get the problem fixed. I've been living here since 2015 and I never had a problem with the admin not until today. She also claims that the previous admins did not do their job well like she did. Very impolite. Please train her up most specially when it comes to her customer response so other tenants won't get their house issues delayed.

Very slow in getting repairs done Still wsutung fir stro after 4 years. Still waiting for gutters ti be cleaned properly and facia fixed on balcony units
