I like the owner who treats each of his tenants with love, it is clear that what he does is not just his job, it is his love. A big point why we live in this house is the owner, I also like the style of the apartments, it’s very cozy, clean, everything is done modernly. Everything is also accessible, if you don’t have a car you can still easily get where you want.

There seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication in regards to maintenance requests in the beggining of my lease. I wasnt sure which guy i should be contacting for maintenance for a few months, but once i got the right number things improved. He is very pleasant and polite to talk to and is usually very quick with completing requests. The apartment itself looks nice from a distance but when you look at things closer you can see the workmanship is not there. I cant put furniture in certain places because the floors are so uneven. The apartment layout is great, i have a stacked washer/dryer, a big walk in pantry and the bedrooms are big enough to accommodate at least a queen size set up. The living room is massive, the windows are big so i get a ton of light which is nice. Overall its a good place to live. There is a grocery store/mall and multiple gas stations a block away. Its right on whyte ave so theres a ton of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance which is great. LRT and multiple bus stops are close aswell.
