Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. *Pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees, you also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. *Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $90 per day to maintain 90 degrees temperature at all time. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.
